Pfizer and Innovent Biologics have formed a global strategic collaboration to develop 12 early-stage cancer medicines. The partnership focuses on antibody-drug conjugates and multi-specific antibodies.
Innovent will contribute eight programs to the joint pipeline. Pfizer will provide four additional programs. Both companies will co-develop the therapies and share all research costs.
Innovent receives a substantial upfront payment as part of the agreement. The deal includes additional development, regulatory, and commercial milestone payments.
The collaboration leverages Innovent’s discovery engine and Pfizer’s global commercialization expertise. This initiative aims to accelerate the delivery of new oncology treatments to international markets.
