Pagaya Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: PGY) closed an upsized $750 million auto asset-backed securitization (ABS). This marks the largest such transaction in the company's history.
The deal, named RPM 2026-4, is Pagaya's fourth auto ABS in 2026. It brings the total raised in this category to $2.25 billion for the year.
The transaction attracted 41 unique investors. Six investors were new to Pagaya's platform. Seven investors were new to its auto ABS shelf specifically.
