Prosus N.V. invested $460 million (€400 million) in the French health technology company Alan. The transaction comprises both primary and secondary equity.
This funding round values the health insurance and telehealth provider at $6.3 billion. Alan currently operates in France, Canada, Belgium, and Spain.
The capital will support Alan’s international expansion and AI-driven product development. This investment aligns with the Prosus strategy of backing growth-stage companies in the technology and healthcare sectors.
