Keith Cox is exiting Paramount Skydance after a 20-year tenure. He served as President of Programming for Paramount Network and Showtime/MTV Entertainment Studios.

Cox greenlit the Yellowstone franchise during his leadership. He also oversaw production for major series including Emily in Paris and George & Tammy.

The departure follows the recent merger with Skydance. Cox is the latest legacy executive to leave the company during an ongoing reshuffle.

Reports indicate Cox may join NBCUniversal to work with former colleague Chris McCarthy. His final day at Paramount is scheduled for Friday, June 5.
