Rubrik shares rose more than 6% following an expanded strategic alliance with IT services firm Cognizant. The companies announced the partnership on June 16, 2026. This collaboration focuses on the large-scale deployment and management of autonomous AI agents.
Cognizant will serve as a launch partner for Rubrik’s Project Hourglass initiative. The agreement integrates Rubrik’s Agent Cloud into the Cognizant Neuro AI platform as a governance layer.
The integration provides clients with visibility and control over AI agent actions. Users can monitor operations, enforce security policies, and reverse unintended AI activities.
