Reliance Industries delivered its first batch of high-efficiency solar modules from its Jamnagar complex. The company aims to scale its annual solar manufacturing capacity to 10 GWp. This rollout marks the operational launch of its New Energy business.
Reliance seeks shareholder approval for related-party transactions totaling over ₹16.64 trillion. These transactions will span the next five fiscal years. Shareholders will vote on the proposal at the Annual General Meeting on June 19, 2026. These deals primarily involve digital subsidiaries Jio Platforms and Reliance Jio Infocomm.
The company also plans to embed artificial intelligence at the core of its media and entertainment operations to drive growth.
