🟢 Hermès shares climb 4.1% following major executive committee reorganization

Hermès International Société en commandite par actions is trading 4.1% up today at $1710.50 following the announcement of a significant leadership reshuffle.

• The company announced a strategic reorganization of its Executive Committee effective July 1, 2026.
• Nicolas Martin will join the executive committee as Corporate Secretary, and Sharon MacBeath's role will expand to Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Sustainability.
• The move also includes the departure of Olivier Fournier, the Executive Vice President of Governance and Organizational Development, after 35 years with the company.
