RTX Appoints Jill Albertelli as New President of Pratt & Whitney Division

RTX announced a planned leadership transition for its Pratt & Whitney division. Shane Eddy will retire as president, and will be succeeded by Jill Albertelli, a long-time company executive currently serving as president of Pratt & Whitney’s Military Engines business.

• Retirement & Transition: The current president, Shane Eddy, will step down on January 1, 2027, and will remain as a special advisor to support the transition until his retirement at the end of Q1 2027.
