Revolution Medicines announced that The New England Journal of Medicine (NEJM) published positive Phase 1/2 clinical data for RASONQUE (daraxonrasib). The study evaluated the oral RAS inhibitor in patients with previously treated, advanced RAS-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

The results demonstrated that RASONQUE maintained a manageable safety profile. The drug also showed promising anti-tumor activity in the trial participants.

These findings provide the clinical rationale for the ongoing RASolve 301 study. This global Phase 3 registrational trial evaluates the drug in the same patient population. The peer-reviewed validation represents a key milestone for the RASONQUE development program.
