Rezolute Inc. announced positive interim data from its Phase 3 upLIFT study of ersodetug. The drug treats tumor hyperinsulinism, a rare condition causing severe low blood sugar.
The trial reached 50% enrollment. Eight of the 16 planned participants have joined the study. Six of these eight patients met the primary endpoint.
Participants achieved at least a 50% reduction in intravenous (IV) glucose needs. All six successful patients completely discontinued IV glucose while receiving treatment.
The company reported no drug-related safety issues to date. Topline results from the full study are expected in the second half of 2026.
