Rezolve AI (NASDAQ: RZLV) partnered with UK fintech Zilch to embed agentic commerce infrastructure into the Zilch payments platform.
The integration provides nearly 6 million Zilch customers with personalized offers from hundreds of UK retailers. Zilch currently generates more than $3.3 billion in annual merchant sales.
Rezolve AI will use its Reward platform to connect retailers with Zilch’s user base. This partnership validates the company's strategy to provide an AI-powered infrastructure layer for global commerce.
The deal reinforces Rezolve AI’s confidence in its fiscal year 2026 revenue guidance of approximately $360 million.
