Sagility Limited reported unaudited revenue of INR 19,635 million for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027. Revenue increased 27.6% year-on-year. Adjusted EBITDA grew 27.9% during the quarter. The company maintained an adjusted EBITDA margin of 24.0%. Adjusted Profit After Tax (PAT) rose 35.1%.
Performance remained strong despite expected seasonal softness in the U.S. healthcare business. The acquisition of CareSeed expanded the company's healthcare analytics capabilities. This transaction added 26 new clients to the portfolio. Sagility now serves a total of 109 clients.
