SailPoint to acquire Entro for $200M, securing machine and AI identities

SailPoint agreed to acquire Tel Aviv-based startup Entro to bolster non-human identity (NHI) and credentials security.

The transaction is reportedly valued at approximately $200 million.

This acquisition targets security risks from machine identities, including API keys, service accounts, and autonomous AI agents.

SailPoint will integrate Entro’s technology into its recently launched Agentic Fabric platform.

The integration allows customers to discover, govern, and secure non-human identities through a single platform.

The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of fiscal year 2027, pending customary conditions.
