Comcast Business Communications has moved to intervene in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of EchoStar subsidiary DISH Wireless.
The company is seeking to protect an $83.1 million claim tied to an alleged breach of a Master Services Agreement.
The claim involves fiber backhaul and connectivity services provided to more than 2,400 towers housing DISH cell sites.
Comcast alleges that DISH stopped performing under the agreement in September 2025.
The intervention adds a major creditor to the complex restructuring process currently involving DISH and EchoStar.
