Chairman Senator Udoma Udo Udoma will retire on December 31, 2026. Tony O. Elumelu will assume the Chairmanship on January 1, 2027. Elumelu is the founder of Heirs Holdings. Heirs Holdings is Seplat’s largest shareholder with a 20.07% stake. This transition signals a new strategic direction under the leadership of the company's primary investor.
