SoftBank will launch its AI Data Center GPU Cloud service in October 2026. This initiative is a core part of the company's Neo Cloud business strategy.
The platform supports large-scale AI workloads including model development, data processing, and inference. Operations will run from data centers located within Japan.
The service utilizes Nvidia GB200 NVL72 systems to provide advanced hardware capabilities. SoftBank’s proprietary Infrinia AI Cloud OS software will manage GPU resources and Kubernetes environments. This launch supports SoftBank’s objective to become a major AI infrastructure provider.
