Sidus Space will join the broad-market Russell 3000 Index. The company will also be included in the small-cap Russell 2000 Index. These changes take effect June 29, 2026.
The inclusion follows a preliminary announcement from FTSE Russell on May 22, 2026. Membership is part of the annual Russell indexes reconstitution. The move is expected to increase exposure to institutional investors and funds tracking the indexes.
CEO Carol Craig stated the inclusion reflects the company's growth strategy and market presence. Management expects the transition to help deliver long-term shareholder value.
