Summit Therapeutics is trading 10.25% up in pre-market at $14.73 after the August 25, 2026 publication of positive Phase III HARMONi results in The Lancet Oncology.

• Ivonescimab plus chemotherapy improved median progression-free survival to 6.8 months versus 4.4 months for placebo plus chemotherapy, with a hazard ratio of 0.52 and p<0.0001.
• Overall-survival data showed a positive trend but was not statistically significant; updated results are planned for WCLC 2026.
