Lynx Research set new price targets for memory-chip makers SanDisk and Micron. The firm initiated a $2,450 price target for SanDisk (SNDK). It set a $1,325 target for Micron (MU). Lynx cited strong, sustained demand for AI infrastructure.

The analyst noted institutional buying has become calmer and more deliberate. This follows a period of high volatility and could precede a breakout.

The bullish outlook stems from an ongoing supply-demand imbalance in the NAND and DRAM markets. Soaring data center and AI-related revenue drives this imbalance.

Lynx's target for SanDisk exceeds the stock's all-time high. SanDisk has been a top performer in the S&P 500. Its stock is up over 600% year-to-date amid an AI-driven boom in the memory sector.
