Sanofi reported new Phase 2 trial findings for riliprubart at the 2026 Peripheral Nerve Society Annual Meeting.
Long-term treatment over 76 weeks led to sustained improvements in fatigue, pain, and quality of life for CIDP patients. Clinically meaningful gains occurred across all patient cohorts in the study.
These results follow the June 2026 discontinuation of the Phase 3 MOBILIZE study in a different CIDP population. An interim analysis suggested the MOBILIZE trial was unlikely to meet its efficacy goals.
Sanofi is currently evaluating the future of VITALIZE, another ongoing Phase 3 study.
