SoundHound AI completed its acquisition of LivePerson following stockholder approval. The merger combines SoundHound’s voice and agentic AI with LivePerson’s digital messaging and customer engagement tools.
The combined customer base now includes 25 of the Fortune 100 companies. SoundHound now holds an intellectual property portfolio exceeding 750 patents.
SoundHound will integrate LivePerson’s platform into its Orchestrated Agent System (OASYS). This integration provides a unified solution across voice, web, mobile, and social channels.
The company projects future revenue of over $500 million from its existing combined customer base. SoundHound also appointed a new CFO to manage financial synergies and growth.
