Sibanye Stillwater expects a substantial earnings increase for the six months ending June 30, 2026. Stronger commodity prices and stable operations drove the projected growth.

The company forecasts headline earnings per share (HEPS) to rise over 200%. HEPS are expected to reach between 571 and 631 SA cents. Earnings per share (EPS) are projected to surge by more than 560%. This performance reverses a loss recorded in the first half of 2025.

The average platinum group metals (PGM) basket price increased by 67%. The average gold price received rose by 35%. Consistent production and price strength improved margins across South African PGM and gold operations.
