Thesis Gold & Silver Inc. announced a C$58.5 million strategic investment from global mining leader AngloGold Ashanti.
AngloGold Ashanti will increase its ownership from approximately 5% to 9.7% of issued and outstanding common shares. This transaction follows an initial investment completed in February 2026.
The financing supports the development of the Lawyers-Ranch gold-silver Project in British Columbia. Thesis Gold will use the gross proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The offering remains subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. The deal is expected to close on or around August 27, 2026.
