TD Bank Group announced Chief Operating Officer Taylan Turan will depart on September 4, 2026. Turan leaves the position after less than one year of service. The bank did not name a direct successor or provide a reason for his departure.

CEO Raymond Chun initiated the move as part of a broader senior leadership overhaul. The restructure aims to accelerate the bank's strategic growth and technology focus.

Renu Gupta will serve as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy and Commercial Officer. Vlad Shpilsky takes over as Group Head for Global Technology and Solutions to lead AI and technology initiatives.
