Teva Pharmaceutical Industries priced a senior notes offering totaling approximately $4.9 billion.

The offering includes five tranches of notes denominated in both U.S. dollars and euros. These notes carry maturity dates ranging from 2032 to 2037.

Teva will use the net proceeds and available cash to redeem several series of existing notes. This refinancing effort aims to optimize the company's capital structure and manage its debt profile. Any remaining funds will support general corporate purposes or additional debt repayment.
