TiC Solutions, the parent company of Acuren Corporation, acquired GeoVerra. GeoVerra operates as one of Canada’s largest surveying and geomatics firms.
The acquisition expands TiC Solutions’ geospatial operations by adding capabilities in surveying, mapping, reality capture, and land services. These offerings complement the existing service portfolios of Acuren and NV5.
CEO Ben Heraud stated the deal strengthens the company’s Canadian presence. The integration provides enhanced solutions for the infrastructure, energy, and transportation sectors.
This move supports TiC Solutions’ broader North American expansion strategy. The company continues to scale its engineering, geospatial, testing, inspection, and compliance offerings through strategic acquisitions.
