The Model Y Premium All-Wheel Drive price rose $1,000. This variant now starts at $49,990. The Model Y Rear-Wheel Drive price also rose $1,000. This variant now starts at $45,990. The Model Y Performance price rose $500. This variant now starts at $57,990. Entry-level Model Y prices remain unchanged.

Tesla aims to align with demand for its best-selling electric SUV and manage rising production costs following previous price cuts to boost volume. This strategy targets higher profit margins on popular, higher-end configurations while maintaining accessibility for a wider range of customers.
