Tata Motors reported a 69% year-on-year increase in total passenger vehicle sales for June 2026. The company sold 63,083 units across domestic and international markets.
Coinciding with the sales results, the automaker launched the Sierra.ev electric SUV.
A scheduled price hike takes effect on July 1 to offset rising input costs. Passenger vehicle prices will increase by up to 1.5%. Commercial vehicle prices will rise by up to 2.5%.
