Dan Loeb's activist hedge fund, Third Point, revealed a new stake in TTM Technologies (TTMI), a manufacturer of printed circuit boards and other electronic components. According to its latest 13F filing, the firm acquired 505,000 shares valued at $94.45 million as of June 30, 2026. This disclosure is based on quarterly filings that are released with a delay, so the trades occurred at some point during the second quarter.
This new investment gives Third Point a 2.02% weight in its portfolio in the company. TTM Technologies recently reported strong second-quarter results, with revenue up 37% year-over-year, driven by high demand in the data center and networking sectors. The company also announced the planned acquisition of Epiq Solutions for $1.1 billion to expand its offerings in the aerospace and defense markets.
