TTM Technologies will acquire Swiss Technology Group AG (STG) and ILFA GmbH in separate all-cash deals. These acquisitions establish TTM's first manufacturing footprint in the European market. The transactions remain subject to regulatory approval.
The move enhances TTM's strategic capabilities in the medical, aerospace, and defense sectors. Switzerland-based STG specializes in miniaturized PCB solutions for surgical robotics and medical implants. Germany-based ILFA brings a 45-year history of providing complex PCB solutions for aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
