Uber-backed electric scooter and bike rental firm Lime has filed for an initial public offering. The company will list on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol LIME as Neutron Holdings, Inc.
Revenue grew 29% during the last fiscal year. Total revenue for 2025 reached $886.7 million. Net losses increased to $59.3 million. The company reported a $33.9 million loss in the prior year.
Lime currently operates in approximately 230 cities. Its network covers 29 countries. Uber and Andreessen Horowitz both hold ownership stakes exceeding 5%.
