Weekly imports of crude oil from Venezuela into the United States climbed by 183,000 barrels per day, reaching a total of 782,000 barrels per day. This volume represents the highest weekly intake recorded since August 2017.
Over the previous six-month period, these imports have expanded by 550,000 barrels per day. This growth constitutes a 237% increase in Venezuelan oil shipments to the U.S. market during that timeframe.
