Veeva Systems (NYSE: VEEV) announced that Eli Lilly and Company selected its Veeva Vault CRM platform for global deployment.
The agreement expands the existing strategic partnership between the two companies. This move serves as a major endorsement for Veeva’s next-generation customer relationship management software.
The Vault CRM suite utilizes artificial intelligence to enhance commercial operations within the life sciences industry. Eli Lilly intends to use the platform to scale the global delivery of its medicines.
