CEO Zubin Appoo confirmed the company is developing AI agents to automate complex freight and logistics tasks. These tools will proactively make and execute operational decisions to minimize manual intervention.
The company has already launched several agentic AI capabilities, including the Smart Auto Request Agent (SARA). This specific agent automates the process of gathering missing shipment data from customers. WiseTech targets up to 50% in labor cost savings for logistics providers through this automation.
Management plans to monetize these features to meet revenue growth forecasts for fiscal year 2027. This strategic shift aims to redefine the platform's core value within the global supply chain.
