Select Water Solutions expanded its water management partnership with a major public operator in the Northern Delaware Basin. The agreement extends the existing partnership by 12 years.

Select added 256,000 newly dedicated acres through the expansion. This brings the company's regional total to approximately 500,000 dedicated acres.

The company will invest between $100 million and $120 million in new infrastructure. Planned construction includes approximately 100 miles of new pipelines.

The project adds three million barrels of storage capacity. Water recycling capacity will increase by 60,000 barrels per day.

All new infrastructure is expected to be operational by the end of 2027. The deal includes an option for Select to acquire several saltwater disposal wells to further integrate its Permian Basin network.
