TeraWulf completed the phased delivery of over $290 million in power and liquid cooling infrastructure from Schneider Electric and Motivair. The equipment supports the expansion of the Lake Mariner data center campus in New York.
The project transforms a former coal power plant into a digital campus projected to support 750 MW of power. This infrastructure allows the site to host high-performance computing and artificial intelligence workloads.
Anchor tenants Core42 and Google-backed Fluidstack have signed long-term lease commitments for the facility. The build-out establishes TeraWulf as a significant provider of AI infrastructure.
