TeraWulf has acquired the Muskie Data Campus in Eastern Kentucky from Industrial Equity Partners. Located within the EastPark Industrial Park, the site will support over 1 gigawatt of data center capacity.

The project expands TeraWulf’s high-performance computing and artificial intelligence infrastructure. Development is planned in two 500-megawatt phases. The first phase will begin operations in the second half of 2028. The second phase is expected to ramp up in the latter half of 2030.

This acquisition marks TeraWulf’s second major digital infrastructure project in Kentucky. The campus represents one of the largest data center developments in the state.
