Honeywell named the 11-member Board of Directors for its upcoming Honeywell Aerospace spin-off. The company expects to complete the separation on June 29, 2026.
Eaton CEO Craig Arnold will serve as Independent Chair of the new entity. Honeywell Aerospace President and CEO Jim Currier will also join the board. The composition includes directors with backgrounds in aerospace, defense, and finance.
The new company will focus on electrification and autonomy trends. Honeywell scheduled an investor day for June 3, 2026, to provide strategy and financial outlook details.
