Lockheed Martin Wins $1.13 Billion HIMARS Contract, Meeting Global Demand

Lockheed Martin secured a $1.13 billion contract for the M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS). The agreement covers Production Lot 17 to meet domestic and international demand.

Deliveries will fulfill orders for the U.S. Army and the U.S. Marine Corps. Foreign military sales within this contract include Australia, Canada, Estonia, Sweden, and Taiwan.

Work on the project carries a completion date of April 28, 2028. This award reinforces a long-term revenue stream and a growing order backlog for the defense sector.
