Parker Hannifin (NYSE: PH) signed a definitive agreement on May 21, 2026, to acquire CIRCOR International’s Commercial and Defense Aerospace business. The cash transaction is valued at $2.55 billion.
The deal adds proprietary flight-critical motion and flow control technologies to Parker’s portfolio. This acquisition strengthens Parker’s position as a critical supplier within the global aerospace and defense supply chain.
CIRCOR Aerospace projects approximately $270 million in sales for calendar year 2026. The business unit currently maintains high EBITDA margins.
KKR originally acquired CIRCOR for $1.8 billion in 2023. The private equity firm will retain ownership of CIRCOR’s Naval and Industrial units following this divestiture.
