ExxonMobil reported Q1 2026 adjusted earnings per share of $1.16. This result exceeded the analyst consensus estimate of $0.98. Quarterly revenue reached $83.16 billion, also surpassing market forecasts.

Record oil production in Guyana drove the company's strong performance. The Golden Pass LNG facility successfully started operations during the quarter. This facility is expected to expand U.S. LNG export capacity.

ExxonMobil distributed $9.2 billion to shareholders through dividends and share buybacks. The company remains on track to repurchase $20 billion of its shares in 2026. CEO Darren Woods stated the company is positioned to perform through market cycles and disruptions.
