Chinese electric vehicle maker XPeng will launch five new models in Australia. This rollout will occur over the next six months. The expansion prioritizes Australia as a key right-hand-drive market. The company considers Australia one of its fastest-growing export regions.

The strategy aims to synchronize Australian product releases with domestic Chinese launches. Confirmed models include the X9 seven-seat people mover, the L03 compact SUV, and an updated G6 SUV. XPeng plans to establish up to 50 retail and service outlets nationwide. The company will complete this retail expansion within six months.

XPeng plans to introduce range-extender technology to Australia in 2027. It will also launch its next-generation Navigation Guided Pilot (NGP) system that same year.
