York updated the final transaction consideration numbers on July 9, 2026. This update followed an initial announcement released on July 8, 2026.
The deal integrates ALL.SPACE’s jam-resistant, multi-link terminal technology into York’s space infrastructure and mission operations. This combination creates a tactical ecosystem for delivering assured communications and positioning across space, land, air, and maritime domains. The technology specifically addresses vulnerabilities in traditional satellite networks within contested environments.
