ZenaTech Inc. acquired Cogswell Engineering, a Canadian firm specializing in civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering. This transaction marks ZenaTech’s 28th Drone as a Service (DaaS) acquisition and its third in Canada.
The company will integrate its ZenaWorx drone platform with Cogswell’s services to provide site inspections, structural monitoring, and 3-D data capture. Cogswell currently maintains an established client base across five Canadian provinces.
This acquisition targets the drone inspection and monitoring market, which is projected to reach $37 billion by 2030. ZenaTech aims to increase recurring revenue and accelerate drone adoption in the engineering and construction sectors.
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
