ZenaTech Inc. signed multiple offers to acquire land surveying and geospatial services companies in the United States, Canada, and Australia. These acquisitions are projected to contribute approximately C$40 million in revenue during the first 12 months post-closing.
The deals support ZenaTech’s strategy to integrate traditional service businesses into its AI-powered Drone as a Service (DaaS) subscription model. Revenue projections rely on unaudited financial information and management estimates.
