OpenBell AI is an AI-powered financial news and market-monitoring app. It surfaces major news, price movements, earnings events, and market updates for stocks on your watchlist, and gives you concise, AI-generated summaries of what matters.

Tap the search icon, type a ticker symbol (e.g., AAPL, NVDA, TSLA) or company name, and tap the star icon to add it to your watchlist. You can reorder or remove stocks anytime from the Watchlist tab.

No. OpenBell AI works anonymously out of the box — a random identifier is generated on your device, and your watchlist and preferences sync to it. You only need to provide an email address if you want to receive newsletters.

OpenBell AI monitors significant price movements (3% or more) during market hours for stocks on your watchlist. When a notable move is detected, we use AI to find the catalyst behind it and deliver a concise summary to your device via push notification.

1. Open Settings on your device, find OpenBell AI, and make sure Notifications are allowed.
2. In the OpenBell AI app, go to Settings → Notifications and confirm your alert preferences are enabled.
3. Make sure Do Not Disturb or Focus Mode isn't silencing notifications.
4. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in, or reinstalling the app.

Remove the stock from your watchlist, or adjust your minimum importance threshold in Settings → Notifications to reduce alert volume.

Premium unlocks full access to AI-generated news summaries, real-time price alerts, earnings previews, and priority content updates. Free users get a limited preview of these features.

iOS (App Store):

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Find OpenBell AI and tap Cancel Subscription.

Android (Google Play):

1. Open the Google Play Store.
2. Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Tap OpenBell AI → Cancel subscription.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are processed directly through the app store where you purchased your subscription:

Yes. Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Email us at privacy@infer.studio with your request. Include your app-assigned user ID (found in Settings → About) so we can locate and delete your data. We'll confirm once deletion is complete.

OpenBell AI collects anonymized usage data, your watchlist, notification preferences, and — if you opt in — your email address. We do not collect real names, precise location, contacts, photos, brokerage credentials, or personal financial records. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

On iOS, you can disable tracking at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, or by responding "Ask App Not to Track" when prompted. On the web, you can use browser extensions to block Google Analytics. See the Privacy Policy for more information.

OpenBell AI uses leading AI models (Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, Perplexity) to summarize publicly available financial news. Summaries are generated from high-quality sources like Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, and the NYT, and go through automated fact-checking. However, AI can occasionally make mistakes — always verify critical information with the original source, which we link to.

No. OpenBell AI provides news, data, and analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
