ASML plans to increase production of extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography equipment by 36% this year. The company aims to manufacture at least 60 standard EUV machines in 2024. Production targets will expand to 80 units in 2025.
Historical output typically ranged between 40 and 50 units annually. The company raised its 2026 sales forecast to between €36 billion and €40 billion.
ASML is investing $2.2 billion in facilities and infrastructure to support this growth. This investment marks a 20% increase from the previous year. CEO Christophe Fouquet stated the company is acting to ensure it does not become a production bottleneck for customers.
