Horizon serves as the primary supplier for BYD's Tiānshén Zhī Yǎn C intelligent driving solution. The chipmaker expects to ship 2.5 million Journey 6 chips to BYD in 2025.
BYD utilizes its in-house Xuanji A3 high-end chips alongside cost-effective third-party solutions to support its diverse vehicle range. This dual-track strategy aims to democratize advanced driving assistance systems across the market.
The partnership will facilitate the debut of Horizon's HSD V2.0 full-scenario urban intelligent driving solution on BYD vehicles.
