BYD reported a 5.5% year-over-year increase in June 2026 sales. The Chinese automaker sold 403,472 vehicles during the month. This marks the second consecutive month of growth following a 0.3% rise in May. The May performance ended an eight-month streak of declining sales. Overseas sales surged 94.7% to a record 175,349 units. International markets now account for over 43% of BYD's total monthly volume. Strong export demand offset a 22% decline in the company's domestic China market.
