Cipla signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group (CTTQ), a subsidiary of Sino Biopharmaceutical. The deal grants Cipla rights to develop and commercialize Rolditamig Deuderuxtecan (TQB2102). This next-generation antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) targets HER2-expressing cancers.
The agreement covers India, South Africa, and five additional emerging markets. CTTQ will manufacture and supply the medication. Cipla will manage local clinical trials, regulatory approvals, and commercialization.
Cipla shares reached a daily high of ₹1,425.70 following the announcement.
